DESCRIPTION:Howdy Fellow Rocketeers!\n\nSCORE is a go for our Der Red Max launch Saturday June 1st\, 2024 from 8 am for as long as the weather allows! Join us at Stealey Memorial Launch Site at Hudson Ranch. For specific directions please see https://scronline.net/flying-site/  Close the gate behind you as you come onto the Range! There are livestock that we cannot let out! Tell your friends\, family members\, students etc!\n\nSet up will start at 8 am. The more the merrier when it comes to set up and tear down. Don’t know how? We will teach you! SCORE encourages every rocketeer to be familiar with the launch equipment to prevent damage to the equipment.\n \nMEETING AT 9 AM!\nIt’s been a while! Let’s touch base!\nSCORE hosts ULA July 20th\, 2024\nSCORE hosts NARAM 65 August 3rd – 9th\, 2024\nBe at the meeting to find out how you can help us be ready!\nNot going to make it to the meeting?\nWe will be posting updates on our website www.scronline.net as well as on our Facebook page.\n\nThe Safety Brief will follow the club meeting.\n \nRange Safety will evaluate the range on Saturday morning to decide if Sparky motors will be allowed. If you intend on flying a sparky please verify that it is allowed before prepping your rocket. We recommend having an alternate motor to fly just in case.\n\nWaiver is 12\,000 ft AGL with a 2 NM radius of recovery area.\n\nAll flyers must sign in at the rocket check-in (RSO) table. A parent or guardian must sign for minors. This is for the landowner.\n\nPlease lend a hand! Volunteers are always NEEDED to check rockets\, run LCO\, help on the range with setup and breakdown\, as well as help with certifications. Members and visiting rocketeers can always volunteer. EVERY rocketeer can volunteer in one way or another!\n\n\n \nBecome a member of score at SCRonline.net! $20 for an individual membership or $25 for a family membership. Visiting high power flyers that are not members\, the fee is $5\, this helps maintain our launch system\, rails\, and the land we fly on.
